Terms of Service

By accessing or using DebtExit (“the Site,” “our Site,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DebtExit.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All Content on DebtExit — including text, articles, blog posts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, tools, calculators, software, videos, and downloadable resources — is owned by DebtExit or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use, download resources provided as free downloads, and use tools and calculators for personal financial planning.

You may not republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, copy, or create derivative works of our Content, remove copyright notices, or use our Content for commercial purposes without a license.

“DebtExit,” our logo, and any other marks are trademarks of DebtExit. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

If you participate in our community (comments, forums, social media, Discord), you are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit, that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and that it is not defamatory, harassing, or offensive.

By submitting content, you grant DebtExit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and incorporate your content into our materials.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and moderate community spaces.

We may offer digital products (courses, guides, templates), subscriptions, and coaching services for purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all services.

Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DebtExit, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site; reliance on information provided on the Site; or errors or inaccuracies in Content.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to DebtExit in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of Content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

DebtExit participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn commissions when you click on affiliate links and make purchases. All affiliate relationships are disclosed. We only recommend products and services we believe in. Affiliate commissions do not influence our educational content. We comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for affiliate marketing and endorsements.

We use third-party services including email marketing platforms, payment processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). By using our Site, you agree that your interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Our community may also use third-party platforms (Facebook, Discord), whose terms of service apply.

You may stop using the Site at any time. To delete your account or data, contact us at support@debtexit.net.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse or harassment, or any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your license to use the Site terminates immediately, you must cease all use of our Content, and sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@debtexit.net. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and DebtExit. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign our rights without restriction. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
